I joined Croda Mexico in December 2009 as part of the Finance Team. In my role I worked on corporate audit results and other financial practices.
I was promoted to Finance and Office team leader, working with the Customer Service & Supply Chain teams. I expanded my knowledge and competencies in these areas within this role. I was able to lead the SAP implementation for the site and became the finance super user for the LATAM Norther Tier region. This was an extremely rewarding chance to increase networking among different countries, areas and most importantly, people.
Throughout these years, I have been involved in several site projects besides Finance topics; such as Quality Certification, IT, and local Legal and HR support, which has provided me with an extended overview of the business. I had the opportunity to participate in a management programme in 2015; it truly was an exciting step on my career at Croda, working alongside people from other continents, discovering new ways of thinking and doing.
