Appointment of Company Secretary

Croda International announces that Louise Scott is appointed Company Secretary from 22 December 2005.  Louise recently joined Croda from Bespak plc where she held a similar position.  She replaces Roy Ainger who is retiring from the Company in the New Year after 31 years, the last six of which he was Company Secretary.
