Sale of Emmerich Oleochemicals Business

On 10 May 2010 Croda International Plc announced that it had agreed to sell its Emmerich Site and associated business in Germany to KLK Emmerich GmbH, a subsidiary of the KLK Group (Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad), for €60.5 million.

Croda today confirms that the sale has now completed.
