We currently have a vacancy for an IT Server Support Analyst to join the team at our head office, Cowick Hall. The main purpose of this role is to provide specialised technical support to products like Windows Server, Exchange, BES, Citrix, SharePoint, SQL and other Microsoft backend technologies.

To be successful you should be educated to degree level and hold relevant technical qualifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, Expert, or equivalent certification. You should also have experience of providing 3rd line support in a similar technical IT role. Good communication skills and a high degree of flexibility are required, as well as the ability to work as part of a team.

Job title: Process Technician

In 34 countries, our 3,200 employees work to improve a diverse range of markets - from personal and health care, to home care and plastics.

We currently have a vacancy for a Process Technician working on day shifts at our site in Hull, East Yorkshire. The main duties of this role is to support the production team by warehousing finished goods on site, preparing goods to be dispatched from site and supporting site. The latter includes running the recovery plant, vehicle loading and unloading, carrying out routine checks on safety equipment and forklift trucks, as well as computer data inputting.

As the successful candidate you will ideally have gained City and Guild in Process Operations (0610), hold an equivalent NVQ, or be prepared to study to attain this. You will also preferably have some experience of working in an industrial environment. You must demonstrate that you can work flexibly and that you are capable of proactively organising your workload as the situation dictates. You will be a strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively. You will also have excellent problem solving skills as well as a keen eye for detail. A Forklift Truck licence is preferable and full driving licence essential for this role.
