| | Job title: Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator

In 34 countries, our 3,200 employees work to improve a diverse range of markets - from personal and health care, to home care and plastics.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Coordinator, based at our head office, Cowick Hall. This is a specialist position responsible for supporting the Group CSR Manager and CSR Steering Committee to ensure that Croda’s global Sustainability strategy is properly communicated externally and internally, in print and online. Responsibilities will include delivering the annual sustainability report, maintaining Croda’s online GRI content, providing support to Regional CSR teams and administration of quarterly Steering Committee meetings.
To be successful you should be educated to degree level, or have experience in similar roles. Knowledge of CSR would be beneficial, as would some experience in a marketing/communications role. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven record of achieving objectives and targets. Good planning and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to think creatively and apply knowledge from outside of the business. You should be a self-starter who can effectively persuade people at all levels of the business.

Location: Hull A global leader in speciality chemicals, Croda is the name behind some of the world’s biggest brands providing practical, environmentally minded solutions to the problems of everyday life. In 34 countries, our 3,200 employees work to improve a diverse range of markets - from personal and health care, to home care and plastics.
Our site at Hull in the UK serves all Croda business areas, Consumer Care, Performance Technologies, Industrial Chemicals and Health Care. We are seeking a Site Director who can lead and develop all aspects of the site operations, including the responsibility for SHE and regulatory compliance, ensuring all necessary internal and external processes are adhered to and the site continues to deliver a first class service to our customers.
To succeed you’ll need to have the ability to inspire and motivate others. Engineering or technical management experience within a unionised environment is also required. You should be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of chemical processes, be financially and commercially astute with a track record of leading successful teams.
