Management Essentials Programme

Our “Flagship” course within our internal training portfolio is our Management Essentials course.

This course is aimed at managers who have direct report responsibilities and provides them with the fundamental skills, tools and techniques to effectively manage a team of people.

Delivered across the whole company on a regional basis, many of our managers have successfully undertaken the programme since it began in 2007.
