Engineering Development Programme
You will be involved in all aspects of the profession, ranging from basic research to plant commissioning. You will be required to manage projects from the outset and be expected to accept responsibility quickly.
For our standard engineering programme you will need a 2:1 degree or above in Chemical or Process Engineering received in the last 5 years. On an annual basis we also review whether we require any other engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering and we will include this requirement in our advert if applicable.
Technical Development Programme
This programme is suited to graduates who are keen to develop their career within a laboratory environment. The fundamental basis for our technical teams is to provide differentiated and innovative solutions for our customers. As part of the Technical programme you will be given immediate project responsibilities in a variety of laboratory environments. Building on knowledge of our core chemistries will hold you in good stead for your career with us.
For this programme you will need a 2:1 degree or above in a Chemistry related degree.
Graduate Development Programme
This programme will give you a great general overview of the business. We will tailor the programme to suit you but within the programme you will be expected to complete three placements across our business functions (for example, sales, marketing, technical, operations, safety or regulatory affairs).
For this programme you will need a 2:1 degree or above in a Chemistry or Biochemistry related degree.
