Appointment of Non-Executive Director

9 January 2026: The Board of Croda International Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Jill Anderson as a Non-Executive Director. Jill will join the Board on 12 January 2026 and become a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

Jill brings more than 30 years’ experience in international leadership positions in the healthcare industry, including executive responsibility in finance, commercial research and supply chain functions. Most recently, Jill was Chief Financial Officer of GSK’s R&D division until she retired in 2024.

Jill is currently a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair at Spire Healthcare Group plc.
