Croda Supply Chain leader named Customer Service Professional of the Year at UK Customer Satisfaction Awards

26 March 2026: Croda International Plc (“Croda”), the company that uses smart science to create high-performance ingredients and solutions that improve lives, today announces that Flávia Ribeiro in our Brazil Life Sciences team has been named Customer Service Professional of the Year at the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards. 

The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, hosted by The Institute of Customer Service, recognise and celebrate the individuals and organisations consistently demonstrating service excellence. The Customer Service Professional Award acknowledges individuals who have undertaken professional qualifications and training to enhance their skills in customer service and who have gone on to excel in their role, making a significant difference to customers. 

Commenting on the award, Flávia said: “To be recognised among so many talented customer service professionals is a great honour. This award means so much because it reflects the dedication of an incredible team who work hard every day and always put our customers at the centre of everything we do.” 

The recognition highlights Croda’s continued focus on delivering outstanding service and building strong partnerships around the world.
