Thaddeus Anim Somuah Recognised in Forbes 30 Under 30 List
Croda International Plc, who use smart science to create, make and sell speciality chemicals that improve lives, are today celebrating one of their engineers being listed in the Forbes 30 under 30 list in 2020.
Thaddeus Anim-Somuah, Engineering Manager at Croda’s Manufacturing site at Gouda, in the Netherlands, recently received the well-deserved honour of being one of those named in the prestigious Forbes 30 under 30 list for Manufacturing and Engineering.
Of the incredible accolade, Thaddeus said: “It’s an incredible honour to be part of this list for 2020. To think that they ranked me next to the likes of Greta Thunberg, a hero of mine, is amazing. I will do my best to make the positive impact that they see coming and I’m really excited about playing a role in achieving Croda’s new Commitment to be Climate, Land and People positive by 2030.”
Thaddeus was recognised by Forbes for his work to help drive Croda’s commitment to sustainability, which includes a target of reducing carbon emissions by 25%. Forbes describe Thaddeus’ achievements with Croda as placing him into “…the world’s most impactful community of young entrepreneurs and game-changers.”
