Improving the customer experience in China
Our .CN website transformation, which was launched in 2020, has created an entirely new online experience for customers in fast-growing Chinese markets.
The self-service website means customers in China can request product information and samples quickly and easily. This project demonstrates our commitment to invest in digital: using the latest technology to enhance visibility, engagement and service to customers. Building local expertise and adapting terminology, language and content to resonate with a Chinese audience brings new opportunities to reach customers in more remote locations in China that would otherwise be difficult to visit in person. Technology like this will continue shaping how we engage, interact and serve our customers.
