2011
In 2011, after finishing my Pharmacy Degree, I received the invitation to join Croda Brazil where I worked on the implementation of GHS (Globally Harmonised System) in Croda Brazil.
2011
I was hired as a permanent PSRA Advisor at Croda Brazil. I was responsible for all the PSRA and PAD departments in the country. My responsibilities were to assess products in terms of national regulations and the creation of product statements and safety data sheets for all the commercial products in Brazil. This experience was the most important period of my technical learning, and Croda gave me the opportunity to attend all the training and meetings that were important for me to develop as a professional and further develop my career within Croda.
2013
In 2013 I was promoted to PSRA Coordinator adding the responsibility for Latin America. In terms of regulatory affairs, this meant the addition different countries, and cultures with different ways of working which has broadened my skills. During this year, I officially started the GHS implementation in Croda Brazil, moving from a local management system of safety data sheets and labels to the SAP system. Many departments were involved in this project, and this gave me a wider view of all the operations in our site.
2015
In 2015 I was promoted to PSRA Manager. This was my first experience at managing people and I have been given the opportunity to develop new leaders for the company. As a team we are responsible for the GHS implementation in Argentina and for the creation of new communication tools, guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance in Latin America.
