Croda Presents a China-Focused Educational E-seminar Series in Fall 2014
For the past eight years, Croda has offered its customers free admission to an ongoing series of live educational e-seminar events covering a wide variety of topics. Ranging from formulating basics to addressing specific marketplace needs, these events have featured expert presenters with in-depth knowledge of the subject matter, providing attendees with useful information and a new level of understanding of the personal care market. Croda’s current Fall personal care e-seminar series is addressing its customers’ need for an understanding of both the Chinese marketplace and its evolving regulatory landscape.
Croda explained that many formulators are looking to create products specific to the Chinese market, yet ingredient regulations in China can be limiting and understanding the Chinese consumer can present a challenge. The company’s 3-part series of live events is focusing on educating its customers about the Chinese personal care market by reviewing the latest changes in Chinese regulations, exploring current marketplace trends and discussing China-approved formulations and technologies.
Croda asserts that globally-approved formulations offer high flexibility and opportunity in today’s worldwide marketplace. The company invites customers to attend these events and learn about the regulations and technologies to help develop formulating strategies for China. The first event, on September 24th, focused on skin care, while the next, on October 22nd, will turn the focus to hair care. The final event in the series (Nov 19), will feature a look at active ingredients and claims substantiation.
