March 2006
March 2006 my first role with Croda México was in the application laboratory as general assistant. Learning all about products, applications and development was incredible. It was a great place to see that Croda has fascinating products and people too.
July 2007
In July 2007, I moved to the customer service department and began working face-to-face with customers and dealing with daily logistics issues. This second role coincided with Croda’s acquisition of Uniqema, which allowed me to understand more about Croda’s products, get to know more customers, and talk to more people. This experience helped me to understand our customer needs, our policies and how to build commercial relationships.
September 2008
I was offered my much-desired role as a Junior Sales Representative for Personal and Health Care. During this time I had the opportunity to work with customers all across Mexico and further increase our client base.
January 2010
In January 2010 I took on more responsibility as Sales Representative. With this promotion, I received training at Sederma, United States and Croda Brazil. Each training experience was wonderful for me, not only because of the knowledge acquired, but also because I learned a lot from the people in each country. I started working with different customers within a defined geographical region where I developed better customer relationships.
January 2013
One of the characteristics of Croda is its ability to hear its people. In January 2013, I applied for a new commercial role with more responsibilities which included creating a new strategy for Personal Care in Mexico.
March 2014
In March 2014, I became Key Account Manager for Personal Care. This new role has been challenging and rewarding in my entire career where I am responsible for the largest local accounts in the country.
