September 2006
I joined Croda as an apprentice as part of my Master of Chemistry and cosmetology. This role gave me the opportunity to acquire technical skills by developing Hair Care, Skin Care and Make-up products, meeting customer needs. I have developed a range of spa products that was presented during the first Croda France seminar, highlighting the quality of our products. At the same time, I set up a sensory analysis panel to support marketing claims of our makeup range. I had great support from my manager and other colleagues and I quickly felt part of the Croda family.
July 2010
My second role with Croda was in the Nutraceutical division as an Operational Marketing Intern, which formed part of my Masters in International business. I was in charge of adapting marketing tools to the French market, and prospecting new customers in the Food & Beverage industry to whom I presented Omelife™ product range. Besides it gave the opportunity to discover a new market, this experience also helped me to learn and appreciate a commercial role by being closer to the customer while still using technical skills.
November 2012
Recently, I was lucky to re-join the Croda family with whom I have always kept an excellent relationship. As an Export Sales Representative in Maghreb, Western and Central Africa, I have now the chance to work on an emerging and upcoming market. This area is now a priority for Croda as it represents a potential and constant growth for the coming years. Combining challenging business and technical support with different customers and various cultures is really enriching and rewarding. By travelling to different countries, I can say that no two days are ever the same and I am more fulfilled and captivated than ever in my role at Croda.
January 2015
In January 2015 my role evolved and I am now Area Sales Manager covering all the businesses for Northern and Western Africa.
